How Low Can Bad Customer Service Go? Imagine yourself in need of a lightbulb. Nothing special but a lightbulb for the light above the sink in your bathroom. For some reason, when you went into the bathroom today, one of the three lightbulbs did not work. Being a prudent individual, you decide to replace it after removing the old lightbulb.
